Privacy notice · Early access
Your information, handled with care.
This notice explains how Nib Atlas collects and uses information submitted through this early-access website. Nib Atlas is an early-stage project operated from Singapore.
Effective 24 August 2026
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. You may also choose to share your home base and a pen shop suggestion, including the shop name, location, website and why you think it is worth visiting.
We may record limited referral information submitted with the form, such as campaign tags, the referring website and which link brought you to the waitlist. We use this to understand how people discover Nib Atlas. We do not add advertising cookies for this purpose.
Our hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request timestamps, to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
- To manage the Nib Atlas waitlist and send occasional launch updates.
- To understand where early supporters are based.
- To evaluate suggested pen shops for possible future outreach and onboarding.
- To understand which launch channels and invitations bring people to the project.
- To operate, secure and improve the teaser website.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Consent and withdrawal
You consent to launch updates by selecting the consent box and submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@nibatlas.com. We will stop using your details for those updates after processing your request.
Service providers and disclosure
We use established service providers to operate the website, process form submissions and maintain the waitlist. They may process information on our behalf only for the services they provide to us.
Information may be processed outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for the information involved. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention and protection
We keep waitlist information while it is needed for early-access communication, launch planning or shop outreach. We review the information periodically and remove it when it is no longer required, or when you ask us to withdraw your waitlist entry, unless retention is required by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or request deletion where applicable. Email hello@nibatlas.com with enough information for us to identify your waitlist entry.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as Nib Atlas develops. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
